Device usage
Q: Does the pocket wi-fi support English language?
A: Yes
Q: How do I know Wi-Fi network name and password?
A: There is label with SSID and password on every router’s back.
Q: If I used up my traffic will the pocket wifi router continue working?
A: After you used up all prepaid traffic, wifi router will continue working and you will still be able to use internet connection at limited speed 200kbps.
Q: Is it possible to buy additional traffic on demand?
A: Should you need to extend the limit please contact us. We charge 500JPY per every extra 1GB.
Delivery & Return
Q: How can I collect the pocket wifi router?
A: Your pocket wifi router will be delivered either to hotel reception, airport post office or any other location specified. Please provide your flight number, arrival time and hotel name in comments.
Q: How do I return the rental wifi router?
A: There will be prepaid envelope with the router. Put router, cable and wall charger in to the envelope and drop to a red post box(you’ll find many outside on a street). Please drop off the router before the security gate at airport!

Payment
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: We use PayPal secure payment gateway for all transactions. PayPay accept almost all credit cards.
Cancellation
Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: We do not charge any cancellation fee unless the pocket wifi router has already been sent to you. If you want to cancel order after we sent the wifi router, we will charge you shipping fee (1000JPY) + 2000JPY cancellation fee.
Q: What happen if delivery address or delivery date specified is incorrect?
A: If router has not been shipped yet, please send email with correct information to order@japanpocketwifi.com. If router has been already shipped, we will do our best to change delivery date or delivery address. However, we do not guarantee a refund in case router wasn’t delivered in time because of incorrect delivery information.
